An proven trial attorney with over 25 years of litigation in state and federal courts, Roger Frederickson is a seasoned advocate willing to work with clients every step of the way to achieve their goals.
Having tried more than fifty jury and courtroom trials, Frederickson’s counsel provides clients with insightful perspective practical to their own needs. His experience representing clients across California includes a wide range of disputes from real property, construction, and insurance to business, bankruptcy, commercial law, and probate.
A graduate of UCLA and the Pepperdine School of Law, Frederickson is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an esteemed organization respected restricted to trial attorneys who try a significant number of jury trials.
Frederickson also serves as an Officer and Judge Advocate in the California Army National Guard, where he represents Soldiers in administrative and court martial proceedings.
Over the course of his career, Frederickson has been associated with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, the San Francisco law firm of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn and Bentley, and the Minnesota law firm Larson King.
A trusted advocate, Sarah is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. The San Luis Obispo native is proud of her Central Coast roots, and the relationships she’s built in the community.
Deeply committed to the success of every client, Sarah is an attorney who cares. Contributing considerable skills to the team, she’s led employee trainings on how to become effective communicators and impactful leaders at a prominent utility company. Today Sarah applies these skills to fiercely advocating for clients and causes.
Beyond her responsibilities at Frederickson Hamilton, Sarah is also a member of the City of San Luis Obispo’s Administrative Review Board, which serves as the final decision maker for the City on administrative hearings related to many municipal code enforcement matters.

Associate Attorney
An dedicated attorney specializing in business litigation, real estate, and employment law, David helps clients navigate legally complex areas so they can reach their goals.
With over two decades of experience as a litigator, David has successfully served clients across California from Fresno and San Luis Obispo to Santa Barbara.
A distinguished graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, David was named senior literary editor of the Law Review, a judicial extern for the California Court of Appeals, 4th District, and an American jurisprudence award winner in the Evidence category.
Prior to partnering with Roger B. Frederickson, David led his own private practice and contributed to firms focused on insurance defense for public entities, corporations, homeowners’ associations, real estate professionals, developers and contractors. In the past year, he obtained trial judgments for his clients of approximately $1.4 million.
Today the proud father of two gives back to the Central Coast community as President of the SLO Symphony Board, and appreciates spending time with his family in Atascadero.
